Phase II of Polygraphia was honored with the price „Office Building” of 2018 at the 17th “Building of the Year” edition. The gala award ceremony took place on the 13th of December at Sofia Event Center and was attended by prominent construction and architecture experts. Jury, represented by local institutions, corporate, cultural, academic and professional communities, declared the winners in the respective categories. Sergey Koynov, CEO of Lion’s Head Management, was presented with a statue by the well-known Bulgarian sculptor Petko Moskov. Honors were paid to Glavbolgarstroy AD (Polygraphia’s chief contractor), Atelier Serafimov Architects (designer) and architect Victoria Ilieva (interior designer of common areas).
